If I do, I'll come back and let you know.So, like I said, the computer manufacturers and Microsoft didn't do their homework before pawning off this un-perfected product on us. Is this the same issue? I also kept checking to see if anything had appeared on the screen. When I rebooted I had the black screen. Check This Out

I *think* that the first thing that happens in the launch sequence is that a video is played (.bik) I grabbed a bik video player and the videos play fine through Oh well, at least it doesn't lead to a crash for me but anyway I might try reinstalling again and see if it does the trick. even the ease of access icon on the left crashes(utilman.exe). It's all sounding a bit dodgey isn't it? learn this here now
