All looks good. I contacted the game's tech support and we tried all sorts of fixes but nothing helped. Most recent OS installation was probably about a year ago. It has primarily happened while playing Fallout 3 and the Path of Exile Beta, but those have really been the only 2 games I've been playing recently.
