So use Prime95 blend mode to test the CPU and RAM and use Valley or Heaven benchmark to test GPU stability. Where PC's are concerned, it could be anything. I'm not gonna say for sure it's the board but I don't know what else it could be since the OS and RAM is fine. New computer getting random blue screens solved Random BSOD. Check This Out

The only other thing I can suggest is swapping Ram modules or restarting the PC with just a module first, if the BSOD still exist, then use a different module or If it doesn't crash for you, then let it run for at least 36 hours of continuous operation.
