Dumbfounded, I tried booting from a USB stick of Windows 8 I had which gave the same problem. I RMAed twice, got new cpu, mobo, and other parts, to no effect. it was working well, I have upgrade all the drivers than ask me about re-run the windows performance. Right now it booted up on its own happily sitting with that error window.
