Although I do see large fps it does also fluctuate a lot. Whilst it runs WOT maximum settings at IIRC 70+ FPS, they appear to be susceptible to a factory fault.  On mine and many more, the memory voltage is set too high I know that it makes a huge difference. http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-3173193/graphics-card-suggestion.html If that helps.
