IMPORTANT! I was poking around in my frustration and went to open My Computer from the Start menu via right clicking the tab (as I've done about 50 times in the last I have saved all my important files and mail to the newer Toshiba Canvio. You can make L any letter as long as it is not already assigned to a drive.Thank you rgd1101!
