If I can somehow use the command prompt to make windows stop trying to boot into safe mode every time, that would fix this. If I boot into Safe Mode, I can run forever. Please continue the process ofelimination to find which non-Microsoft Service is the culprit. It's a process of elimination. Step 2 (1) Click on the General tab. (2) Click the Selective startup option. (3) Remove the check mark in the Load startup items check box. So it almost seems like a combination of things is causing the problem.
System restore would not work for those cases.
