The only problem is that when i get to the task manager it says that it has been disabled by your administrator.

Reinstalling the graphics drivers worked for a short time, but every time I turn on my computer, I'm back to square one. I spoke to Microsoft tech support who advised not to re download windows 10 until all issues are resolved hence I have disabled automatic updates for the time being. What should I do? I tried different usb even formatting them but the problem continues.

The driver was updated at that time and migrated and ever since it has been an issue. Hoping they will patch the problem as it is annoying and hard on the eyes. Hope one of the steps works.
