I have backed up my personal folders when I upgraded my outlook to 2013 from 2007. After that I checked for updates with windows update and nothing was available. It has advantages, like improved security, but it can also go wrong. But it didn't make a difference. Apple - Apple devices, services discussions. I had to create a local account to complete the user directory move. The problem occurs right of the bat on normal startups.
Also, I don't know if this is related to the update or not, but after the update installed, Windows 10 asked me to repair my drive and so I did. Years of frustration resolved. Not everybody is on Reddit and not everybody can repair it. Thank you all for figuring it out.
