I updated the WIFI adapter drivers now I have had no issues! It has been quite some time though, so i figured WMP would be done. I did NOT enable the "Realtek Digital Output (Optical)" output.Immediately rebooted. Any internet (usually browser) related activity would cause the audio in Windows 10 to skip and stutter.
