After this the stuttering issue seems to be solved, even with the HDMI outputs enabled. I've tried both the 32 and 64 bit windows media players and they both work fine on the wtv files, but not in the media... I updated the WIFI adapter drivers now I have had no issues! It has been quite some time though, so i figured WMP would be done. I did NOT enable the "Realtek Digital Output (Optical)" output.Immediately rebooted. Any internet (usually browser) related activity would cause the audio in Windows 10 to skip and stutter.

In the Compressed (zipped) Folders Extraction Wizard, specify where you want to store the extracted files. I really do appreciate your help as I'm at my wits end.
