Seems like original issue is gone.. Also, x64 bit OS's will utilize x64 bit programs when it can. My advice would be to uninstall each driver one at a time (keep backups) and see which one resolves your performance issue. I tested my internet speed on 32-bit and I got about 60mbps. super speed is back!! The x64 version is a much larger OS and so it uses more RAM.
