I'm getting annoyed that Microsoft is not able to solve this problem and apparently it is a global problem. about 3-5 minutes after it's fully booted with the internet connection. I am a problem solver but not extraordinarily tech savvy. It seemed likely that it was an issue with a plug-in or an add-on like the flash player or shockwave, Firefox would for example complain about that. check over here
