One of the major flaws I saw was, it prompted to reboot the machine while the updates were installing! and since XP is no longer being updated, this is in effect a "permanent" fix there as well. I don't have any of the W10 (prep) updates installed and no GWX items present (no services running, no GWX folder, etc.). The current issue is however different.
